What is included in the Tracking plan?

The Tracking plan includes full affiliate tracking, click analytics, an affiliate portal for your partners, API access, and email support. It is everything you need to run a standard affiliate program.

What are Discovery and Outreach?

Affiliate Discovery automatically finds potential affiliate partners by searching competitors and keywords, extracting contact information, and scoring prospects. Outreach lets you send personalized emails directly from your Gmail or Outlook to recruit those affiliates. Both are included with Growth ($99/mo) and Pro ($199/mo) plans.

What happens if I hit my Outreach limit?

Once you reach your monthly send limit, new outreach sends are paused until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade to Pro at any time for higher limits (500 sends/mo vs 200 on Growth).

Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Contact us or switch to annual billing in your account settings.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you track up to 5 referred customers per month at no cost. When you're ready for more, upgrade to Tracking, Growth, or Pro.

Do you offer discounts for early-stage startups?

Yes. If you are pre-revenue or part of an accelerator program, reach out to us for special pricing.
