Rewardful vs Trackdesk: which affiliate tracking tool fits your program?
Rewardful and Trackdesk price their software on different axes. Rewardful meters the monthly revenue your affiliates bring in and starts at $49. Trackdesk never meters revenue, clicks or conversions; it tiers on seats, active offers and coupon codes, and starts at $399 a month (or $299 on an annual plan, a promotional rate it lists through 30 September 2026). This page puts their pricing and features side by side as read from their pricing pages on 16 September 2026, then shows where Trackli sits on the same table.

Revenue ladder versus seat ladder: what each costs as you grow
Rewardful's price follows your results. A program whose affiliates bring in $8,000 a month is over the $7,500 Starter cap and pays $99 on Growth; above $15,000 a month it is on Enterprise at $149 or more. Trackdesk's price follows your team and catalogue instead: Business is $399 a month (or $299 annually) whether your affiliates drive $1,000 or $1,000,000, and you only move to Enterprise at $599 a month when you need more than five seats, ten active offers or a hundred coupon codes, or want white-label, the full API and the larger marketplace presence. For a single-product SaaS with one or two people running the program, Rewardful is far cheaper at every revenue point below $30,000 a month. For an agency or network running many offers across brands, Trackdesk's flat seat-based price can work out lower than a revenue-metered plan. Trackli's Tracking plan is $29 a month at every point on both ladders, because none of its plans meter revenue, seats or offers.
Where Rewardful is stronger
Rewardful's $49 Starter is an eighth of Trackdesk's monthly Business price, with coupon-code tracking, a choice of first- or last-touch attribution and more than 20 integrations including Stripe and Paddle. It charges no transaction fee unless you opt into Managed Payouts at 3%, and there is no seat or offer count to think about. If you run one product on Stripe or Paddle and want the lowest paid entry price with the least setup, Rewardful covers that.
Where Trackdesk is stronger
Trackdesk is built for programs that outgrow a single brand or a single tracking method. It tracks by server-to-server postback, pixel, coupon, deep link and ad-platform click IDs, supports multi-brand and multi-geo setups, offers white-label and a custom domain on Enterprise, and ships an API plus a native MCP server for teams automating partner workflows. Every plan includes a presence in the Trackdesk affiliate marketplace, and affiliates, clicks and conversions are uncapped on all plans, so the price never rises with performance. If you are an agency, an affiliate network or a multi-brand company and can clear a $299 to $399 monthly floor, Trackdesk does things Rewardful does not.
Where Trackli fits
Trackli is the flat-price option on this table. Every plan tracks unlimited affiliate revenue and conversions with no cap and no percentage taken; the paid tiers differ by affiliate discovery and outreach volume, not by how well your program performs or how many people run it. Attribution uses a referral link and a 90-day first-party cookie; recurring commissions follow the customer through upgrades, downgrades and cancellations, and refunds reverse the commission automatically. Stripe is native; Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly and Lemon Squeezy connect through webhooks and the API. Coupon-code attribution is supported alongside links, and the Growth and Pro plans include affiliate discovery and outreach so you can find and contact affiliates from inside Trackli. Two honest trade-offs: Trackli does not move money — you approve commissions and pay affiliates yourself — and it is built for a single product, so there is no white-label, multi-brand workspace or public marketplace.
