What the revenue ladder costs as you grow
The caps are the number that matters. A program generating $8,000 a month in affiliate-attributed revenue is already over Rewardful's Starter cap, so you pay $99 on Growth; Tolt's Basic still covers it at $69. At $12,000 a month both tools cost $99. At $25,000 a month Rewardful moves you to Enterprise at $149 or more and Tolt to Pro at $199. Trackli's Tracking plan is $29 a month at every one of those points, because none of its plans meter affiliate revenue.
Where Rewardful is stronger
Rewardful ships coupon-code tracking, a choice of first- or last-touch attribution and more than 20 integrations including Paddle, all on the $49 Starter plan, and charges no transaction fee. If you sell through Paddle and want coupon attribution, Rewardful covers that natively.
Where Tolt is stronger
Tolt includes a custom domain and branded affiliate portal on its $69 Basic plan (Rewardful adds those on Growth), gives the entry plan a higher revenue cap ($10,000 vs $7,500) and, from Growth up, pays affiliates for you through PayPal, Wise, local bank, crypto and wire for a 2% processing fee. If you want the tool to send the money, Tolt does it.
Where Trackli fits
Trackli is the flat-price option on this table. Every plan tracks unlimited affiliate revenue with no cap and no percentage taken; the paid tiers differ by affiliate discovery and outreach volume, not by how well your program performs. Attribution uses a referral link and a 90-day first-party cookie; recurring commissions follow the customer through upgrades, downgrades and cancellations, and refunds reverse the commission automatically. Stripe is native; Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly and Lemon Squeezy connect through webhooks and the API. Coupon-code attribution is supported alongside links. One honest trade-off: Trackli does not move money — you approve commissions and pay affiliates yourself.
