Rewardful vs Tapfiliate: which affiliate tracking tool fits your business?
Rewardful and Tapfiliate price affiliate tracking in two different ways. Rewardful bills on a revenue ladder: your monthly price steps up as the revenue your affiliates generate grows. Tapfiliate bills on usage: each plan includes a set number of clicks, conversions and affiliates, with overage fees above that. This page puts their pricing and features side by side as read from their pricing pages on 16 September 2026, then shows where Trackli sits on the same table.

Revenue ladder or usage meter: what each costs as you grow
The two tools get expensive for different reasons. Rewardful's price tracks how much revenue your affiliates bring in: a program generating $8,000 a month is over the Starter cap, so you pay $99 on Growth, and at $16,000 a month you are on Enterprise at $149 or more, whatever your click volume. Tapfiliate's price tracks activity instead: Launch covers 50 affiliates, 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions a month for $89, and a program with 60 affiliates or 6,000 clicks either pays overage or moves to Scale at $179. A high-ticket program with few clicks can sit on Tapfiliate Launch for a long time; a high-volume, low-price program can sit on Rewardful Starter. Trackli's Tracking plan is $29 a month at every one of those points, because none of its plans meter affiliate revenue, clicks or conversions.
Where Rewardful is stronger
Rewardful's $49 Starter plan is the cheapest paid entry point on this table and includes coupon-code tracking, a choice of first- or last-touch attribution and more than 20 integrations including Paddle. It charges no transaction fee and, unlike Tapfiliate, no overage fees; the only thing that moves your price is affiliate revenue. If you sell through Stripe or Paddle and want a simple, low entry price, Rewardful covers that.
Where Tapfiliate is stronger
Tapfiliate is built for ecommerce as much as SaaS: it ships more than 30 pre-built integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento alongside Stripe, plus Zapier. It tracks coupons on the entry plan, offers a customizable cookie window, and on Scale adds unlimited affiliates, multi-level (MLM) commission structures and automated payouts through Trolley. If you run a store and want the tool to pay affiliates and support tiered referral structures, Tapfiliate does that.
Where Trackli fits
Trackli is the flat-price option on this table. Every plan tracks unlimited affiliate revenue, clicks and conversions with no cap, no overage and no percentage taken; the paid tiers differ by affiliate discovery and outreach volume, not by how well your program performs. Attribution uses a referral link and a 90-day first-party cookie; recurring commissions follow the customer through upgrades, downgrades and cancellations, and refunds reverse the commission automatically. Stripe is native; Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly and Lemon Squeezy connect through webhooks and the API. Coupon-code attribution is supported alongside links. Two honest trade-offs: Trackli does not move money — you approve commissions and pay affiliates yourself — and there is no multi-level commission structure or custom-domain portal.
